SAP EC ECP Consultant
Job summary
A leading B2B service provider in the GCC is seeking a SAP EC ECP Consultant to implement and support SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring accurate payroll processing. The role is full-time based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers opportunities in a rapidly growing setting.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll concepts.
- Experience with SAP Payroll localization (Middle East / KSA is a plus).

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP modules.
- Gather and analyze HR and payroll business requirements.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination).
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, testing, and reconciliation.

- Implement fratern emphasise configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP modules.
- Gather and analyze HR and payroll business requirements.
- Configure Employee Central core HR functionalities (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules).
- Configure and support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) including payroll schemas, rules, and_service wage types.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, termination).
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, testing, and reconciliation.
- Integrate EC/ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and releases.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EC/ECP issues.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll concepts.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (SAP HCM, Finance, third-party systems).
- Experience with SAP Payroll localization (Middle East / KSA is a plus).
- Hands-on experience in testing, data migration, and system support Verenigde.
