A global hospitality leader is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, guiding a high-performing sales team to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years in senior hotel sales roles, ideally with pre-opening experience. We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and occupancy targets. You will lead, inspire, and build a high‑performing sales team, forge strategic partnerships, and position the hotel as the destination of choice for discerning travelers, corporate groups, and event organizers. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to business development.
