Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Operations Manager and Sales Manager candidates to oversee and manage the daily operations and sales performance of our commercial business in Al Khobar. The ideal candidates will coordinate activities across Sales, Collections, Customer Service, and Logistics—ensuring operational efficiency, strong sales performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations across all departments: sales, collections, service, logistics, and support functions.
  • Lead the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met.
  • Oversee and enhance collections processes, ensuring timely payments and effective follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient inventory management and deliveries.
  • Analyze operational and sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports, KPIs, and present insights to senior management.

Contribute to strategic planning and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Preferably with experience in printers, IT hardware, or electronic devices. Experience in restaurants or FMCG will not be considered relevant for this role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or sales / general management.
Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve measurable results.
  • Strong background in sales operations, collections, and logistics management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficient in using business tools (CRM, ERP, Excel, reporting systems).
