Their hospitals are strategically located in residential areas to ensure accessible and efficient healthcare services for local communities.

Job Description

1. Self-motivated, works well independently and in teams.
2. Strong communication and leadership, mentoring and guiding teams.
3. Drives improvements in solutions, systems, and processes.
4. Ensures high software quality through best practices and reviews.
5. Collaborates on planning, design, development, and testing.
6. Gathers requirements, prepares documentation, and reports.
7. Develops, tests, and integrates applications per standards.
8. Troubleshoots technical issues and optimizes performance.
9. Manages team tasks, monitors KPIs, and ensures project timelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Software Engineer should have:

1. 7+ years of software development experience with SDLC & Agile.
2. Technical leadership with expertise in .NET and Angular.
3. Strong in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, LINQ, EF, SQL, and JavaScript.
4. Expertise in microservices, OAuth, Kafka, CI/CD, and cloud-native design.
5. Skilled in containerization (Kubernetes), API design (Swagger), and load balancing (Nginx).
6. Experience with GitHub, debugging, performance optimization, and Azure (added advantage).
