Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Front End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development with expertise in PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (jQuery), and modern frameworks like Node.js and Vue.js. The role involves designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure web applications while collaborating with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (jQuery).
  • Implement modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js and Node.js to enhance application performance and usability.
  • Design and build efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end components.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop serverless components using AWS Lambda to optimize application performance.
  • Utilize code versioning tools such as Git/Bitbucket for development and deployment.
  • Optimize front-end performance by implementing best practices in HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Work with AWS cloud computing services, including EC2, RDS, SQS, and SNS, to support application deployment.
  • Construct efficient database queries and optimize performance for scalability.
  • Maintain basic Unix command knowledge for server administration and deployment tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Job Skills Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (jQuery).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Node.js and Vue.js.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless architecture and AWS Lambda.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development standards.
  • Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services, including EC2, RDS, SQS, and SNS.
  • Basic knowledge of Unix commands and server administration.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with additional front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks for front-end development.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas Industry a plus.
