Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.
This is a full-time on-site role as a UI/UX Designer at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools or data visualization tools.
- Experience in designing and optimizing e-commerce flows with a focus on conversion rate improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications using Figma or similar tools.
- Maintain and improve the company’s Design System to ensure design consistency.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Review user feedback and analytics to improve the product after launch.
