Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences for our organization and clients. We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and contribute to innovative design solutions.

What You’ll Do

Wireframing & Prototyping – Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.

UI Design – Develop modern, responsive, and visually appealing UI designs.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with designers, marketers, developers and project managers to ensure designs meet business and user needs.

Usability Testing – Gather user feedback and iterate designs to enhance usability.

Iterate Existing Projects – Review client projects to identify areas for enhancement.

Design Strategy – Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.

Visual Design – Design and optimize graphics, images, and visual elements for web/mobile use, maintaining brand consistency.

Continuous Improvement – Enhance design and user experience based on customer feedback, usage metrics (Google Analytics), and usability findings.

Ad-Hoc Design Tasks – Undertake design tasks assigned by the company.

Industry Trends – Stay updated on the latest web design and UX trends to continuously innovate and improve.

What We’re Looking For

4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps, websites, or e-commerce, dashboards.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, and UI designs.

Proficient in design and prototype tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustration).

Excellent communication skills to present ideas, concepts, designs, and suggestions.

Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Strong user flow and system thinking.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Experience in completed at least 5 end-to-end systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within deadlines.

Knowledge of user-centered design, typography, color theory, and responsive design.

Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.

Experience in photo/video editing is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
