Opportunity
We are hiring our first in‑house Senior UX/UI Designer to lead digital product and customer experience design across Vuly’s ecosystem. This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable taking full ownership of projects today, with a clear pathway to grow into a Head of Digital Experience or Design Lead role as the team expands.
You will lead projects from discovery and user experience strategy through to final UI execution, while helping establish workflows and standards that future designers will follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI projects from concept and research through to final delivery across web, digital products, IoT, and customer touchpoints
- Lead UX thinking, user flows, wireframes, and final interface design
- Design high‑quality, user‑focused interfaces for websites, e‑commerce, landing pages, and digital platforms
- Maintain consistent UI systems and scalable design libraries across products and regions
- Create and maintain component systems and design documentation
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, development, and creative teams
- Help define UX/UI standards and digital best practices across the company
- Improve customer journeys and conversion paths through continuous UX improvements
- Onboard and support future designers as the team grows, ensuring consistency in quality and workflow
- Work with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs
Required Skills & Experience
- Senior‑level professional experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Strong experience designing for responsive web and e‑commerce environments
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent UX/UI tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, accessibility, and usability best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple revision rounds
- Strong communication skills to explain design thinking to non‑design stakeholders
- Ability to balance creative quality with business and performance goals
UX Skills (Required)
- Confident creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability improvements
- Experience with customer journey mapping and UX audits
- Information architecture and navigation planning
- Usability testing and iteration
- Conversion and performance‑driven UX design
- Creating interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder alignment
Bonus Experience Includes
- CRO thinking and A/B testing collaboration
- Understanding performance impact on user experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working with e‑commerce platforms
- Design system creation and maintenance experience
- Motion or interaction design knowledge
- Basic understanding of front‑end development constraints
- Experience collaborating with developers on implementation
- Experience designing for global or multi‑market brands
Clear progression to Digital Experience Lead or Head of UX/UI as the company scales.
Influence over tools, workflows, and experience standards across all Vuly digital platforms.
