Position Title:Professional Medical RepresentativeWorkbase:Subang/Perak/Penang (Kindly note that there isvacancy for each location, and we will assess your suitability for the respective area.)Reporting to:Area Sales ManagerTarget Market:Private Clinics & WholesalersJob Outline:1. Responsible for the promotion and sale of the Company’s products to private clinics and wholesalers in the assigned territory.Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company's products to sales prospects.
2. Secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone.
3. Coordinate with the company’s other sales personnel to secure customer orders.
4. Continually prospect and qualify new customers.
5. Conduct follow-up service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
7. Submit traveling itinerary at least one month in advance or upon request from immediate superior.
8. Provide necessary business intelligence as and when required.
9. Assist Sales and Marketing team in the development of sales execution plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for relevant products and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort).
10. Manage ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
11. Willing to travel outstation with overnight stay as and when area coverage includes outstation.
12. Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required related to work.

1. A Bachelor degree or Diploma in science would be an added advantage
2. A valid D driving license is compulsory.
3. Cultivate positive and resilient mindset to be adaptable to the changing market, social and economic environment.
4. Ensure that all sales personnel activities are in accordance with the Company’s guidelines & code of conduct.
5. Maintain a consistent and positive company image when interacting with customers.
6. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory.
7. Prior pharmaceutical sales experience would be an added advantage.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills.
9. Self-driven and motivated to deliver the setout sales target with the adaptability & agility to the everchanging environment.
10. Knowledge of MS Office for sales analysis, reporting, presentation and documentation is preferred.
11. Knowledge of CRM or sales management software would be an added advantage.
