Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with hardware repairs when needed.
  • Test and generate reports on new hardware technology.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty hardware.
  • Organize and monitor case numbering records in the ticketing system.
  • Deliver orders to customers when required.

  • Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT, or relevant fields. SPM Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
  • Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and independent in problem-solving.
  • Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Willing to travel outstation when required.
  • Having own transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
