Job purpose

This role will be responsible for managing and executing marketing activities at M+Global concept stores and offline channels. The focus is to ensure strong brand presence, smooth store operations, and effective lead generation through experiential marketing. The candidate will also support business development efforts by identifying potential collaborations and expanding marketing partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Support marketing initiatives across physical channels such as roadshows, fairs, and partner activations.
  • Collaborate with partners (e.g., universities, malls, or corporate offices) to plan joint marketing activities.
  • Track marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on feedback and performance data.
Concept Store Marketing
  • Oversee day-to-day M+Global Concept Store marketing activities to ensure a professional and engaging brand experience.
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive walk-ins and leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sales, compliance) for branding materials, booth setup, and logistics.
  • Monitor store performance (traffic, engagement, lead generation) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure store staff are briefed on campaign objectives, scripts, and engagement methods.
Business Development Support
  • Research and identify new channel or partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential partners or event collaborations.
  • Maintain a database of key external partners and explore recurring activation opportunities.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
  • Manage vendor quotations, purchase requests, and budgeting for marketing materials or event setups.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and ensure smooth execution within allocated budgets.
  • Liaise with finance and procurement teams for claims and invoicing matters.
Role requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel or work on-site during events or store activations.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Google Workspace reporting (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Knowledge or interest in investment is an added advantage.
