Job Title : Assistant Fit Out Manager / Senior Executive Fit Out

Reports To : Head Of Complex
Overall Accountability : To lead, manage and supervise a team. In depth knowledge in fit out design, pro-active in resolving issues and to coordinate with owners, retailers, contractors, tenants, consultants and sub-contractors especially on the pre-requisite requirement(s) and guideline(s) prior to the fit-out work before commencement and to resolve all related fit-out issue including defects rectification after shop open
Overall Responsibilities :Responsible for interior fit-out design works such as pre-fit unit access, handover of vacant possession, monitor fit-out progress site inspection, etc
To ensure the fit-out progress running smoothly and is complying strict adherence of safety rules and regulations
Work closely with team members and coordinate between the internal departments (Leasing, Maintenance & Engineering, Finance, housekeeping and other department) for retailers’ shop opening
To ensure timely handover of retail premises and business commencement date.
To ensure that project performance through close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any quality and work schedule issues
To monitor project cost budgets and ensures that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc
Recommends appropriate risk control measures and monitors their effectiveness with proper record keeping
To ensure the projects are executed in accordance with established procedures
To ensure that there is close liaison with Head Office on material inventory, tools and equipment required and manpower deployment by assigning designated personnel for the responsibility
General
Adheres to Complex policies as issued by the management.
Adapts to industry changes as necessary from time to time.
To carry out any assignments directed by the Management.
Keeps up-to-date with latest industrial developments and trends.
Requirements :Minimum 2 years of experience in mall fit-out, retail design, or project management
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
