A prominent staffing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking Company Secretarial Seniors for local and international firms. Your role will involve managing client portfolios, preparing compliance documents, and doing board-related tasks. Candidates should have 2-6 years of experience, preferably with ICSA/LS qualifications, and possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. This position requires strong integrity and attention to detail in delivering quality work.

Management of Client Portfolios
Provide timely Company Secretarial advice and functions for the Client's Portfolio
Manage, schedule, arrange and attend the Client's Board and Board related committee, Management Committee and other selected working committee meetings.
Coordinate, compile and deliver Board Papers, Circular Resolution;
Prepare Board meeting minutes and resolutions, as well as their filing and management, ensuring lodgment to the relevant authorities and compliance with submission deadlines.
Prepare and file Client's company's annual return
Update and maintain the Client's statutory books and documents and ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory changes by Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM or SSM)
Update Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM or SSM) about any changes in the company's statutory information
Assign and oversee subordinates' job duties
Reporting to Management
Candidates with ICSA, LS or equivalent qualification or member of MAICSA is an advantage
Those without qualification but with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
Able to handle all aspects of Secretarial duties
Possess numerical, analytical and good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
At least 2 to 6 years' experience in Company Secretarial Senior Level
Well versed with Companies Act 2016, relevant corporate governance and other statutory requirement
High degree of integrity, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details in delivering quality work
Strong interpersonal skills in managing clients and team members
Strong capability to manage priorities, deadlines and frequent changes
Strong written and verbal communications, presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated commitment to client service
