Job summary
A leading scientific solutions provider is looking for a Lab Water Sales and Service Engineer in Penang, Malaysia. This hybrid role combines sales and technical service for lab water purification systems. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and providing technical support. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and a competitive salary with sales commission is offered.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for lab water purification systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Perform professional installation, setup, and commissioning of lab water purification systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions efficiently.
- Provide technical training to customers on the proper use of their lab water systems.
