Our client is a growing company in the wellness, healthcare, and beauty services industry. Our client is seeking for a Customer Service Consultants to engage new customers, arrange treatment appointments, and support daily operations. This role emphasizes effective communication, appointment coordination, and achieving monthly customer turn-up targets. Ideal for energetic and confident individuals, the position welcomes candidates with or without experience and provides full training.

Job Scope:

Contact new customers to successfully arrange appointment to outlets for treatment.

Contact new customers through both voice and non-voice channels.

To achieve target KPI.

Handle customer inquiries.

Requirements:

No prior experience required, however any experience in communication, sales, or meeting targets will be an added advantage.

Youthful and energetic, motivated, persuasive and excellent communication skills.

Ability to engage confidently with customers.

Candidate must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Language.

High commission per customers turn up for their appointment, if achieve KPI commission will increase.
