Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to water quality monitoring instruments.
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external customers to ensure the efficient functioning of the instruments.
• Responsible for on-site calibration service job and prepare reports for the calibration job.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.
