Job summary

A leading security management company in Malaysia is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee agency guards and assist senior technicians. The role involves enforcing security procedures, conducting audits, and assisting with investigations of security incidents. A diploma or equivalent is required, alongside at least one year of experience in a multinational setting. Proficiency in English and Bahasa is preferred. The ideal candidate will ensure all security measures are effectively implemented and followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as security personnel in a large multinational company.
• Ability to supervise agency guards and assist in security audits.
• Competency in following security and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency guards and assist the Senior Security Technician.
• Conduct weekly audits of security systems and report irregularities.
• Enforce company security and safety procedures effectively.

Job description

To lead the agency guard in the team and assist the Senior Security Technician or Security technician in is duties to supervise the agency guards.

To assist the security technicians to carry out weekly audit of the security systems and report any irregularities or weaknesses to the senior security technician or security technician for corrective action.

To enforce the company security and safety procedures and lead the other security agency guards to ensure they carry out their security enforcement duties effectively and efficiently.

Other duties assigned by superior.

To assist the security supervisor and security technicians to carry out basic investigations of all reports of security incidents or loss and reported in the shift.

To assist the security technicians of the shift to carry out security projects or programs.

To carry out specific duties during an emergency or crisis in order to protect life and property and provide emergency services to the employees and others.

Other duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

• Education: Diploma or equivalent (or SRP/PMR if with experience in the armed forces or police)
• Language: Conversant in English & Bahasa
• Experience: At least 1 year working experience as security personnel at a large multinational company (MNC).
