A leading construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all project activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the property development and construction industry, holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Oversee all project activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, work schedules, QAQC, safety, and other relevant requirements. Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated budgets.
Supervise all construction activities, ensuring quality standards based on company policy and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Resolve quality and technical issues at site, as raised by consultants and/or contractors.
Ensure all work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.
Manage, coordinate and oversee daily site operations construction activities including civil, structural, architectural and M&E works; resolve site issues efficiently.
Monitor workflow and set daily, weekly, and long-term project goals.
Attend client-consultant and site meetings and liaise with contractors and consultants in relation to all design, site and construction matter.
Prepare and submit project progress reports regularly to Management.
Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Building Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the property development and/or construction industry.
Strong knowledge and experience in technical, construction methodology and authority liaison.
Proven track record in supervising mid-to-large scale developments, including construction supervision and handover operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple stakeholders.
