Job summary

A leading property management firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a skilled individual for facility management roles, ensuring the safety and maintenance of electrical systems and plumbing. Candidates should have a technical certification or vocational training in relevant fields, along with 2 years of experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical systems, managing maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety codes.

Qualifications

  • Technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical/facility management role in property management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
  • Familiarity with high-rise building safety codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all electrical equipment and appliances are in safe and good working condition.
  • Ensure all electrical DBs, Riser room, and MSB Room are well maintained.
  • Ensure all fire‑fighting system, pumps, wet riser, smoke detector and its installation are in good condition.
  • Ensure all checklists for preventive maintenance and scheduled maintenance are updated and attended.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all electrical equipment and appliances are in safe and good working condition.
  • Ensure all electrical DBs, Riser room, and MSB Room are well maintained.
  • Ensure all fire‑fighting system, pumps, wet riser, smoke detector and its installation are in good condition.
  • Ensure all checklists for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended.
  • Monitor BAS system.
  • Key work orders into CMMS (PMWO and CMWO).
  • Have knowledge in plumbing, piping installation and maintenance.
  • Ensure all ACMV systems are running and in good condition; check modulating valve, supply and return air temperature.
  • Attend to tenant requests (eSR).
Qualifications
