As a Sports Advisor, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. • Welcome customers professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and find suitable solutions for issues (returns, complaints, checkout, etc.).
• Educate customers on omni-channel brand offerings and product range.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build a network of customers both in-store and online to establish personal relationships.
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports.
• Encourage subscription/registration for loyalty programs to improve customer information.
• Participate in sports-related community events nearby the store.
