Job summary

A sports retail company in Petaling Jaya seeks a Senior Manager to drive equity and strategic planning. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of apparel or sporting goods retail landscape in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Able to travel overseas at short notice for business.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual departmental and commercial budgets for approval.
• Analyse and achieve annual sales and relevant KPIs.
• Track monthly performance against benchmarks and resolve gaps.
• Maximise brand presence and sales opportunities.
• Review and improve departmental practices for productivity.
• Build the team aligned with the company's core values.
• Oversee projects assigned by the MD.
• Work with leasing and marketing teams to grow sales.
