Job summary
A retail company in Selangor is seeking a Merchandising Staff to assist in updating SKU lists, analyzing sales performance, and supporting promotions. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree and 1-2 years of merchandising experience. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Assist in preparing and updating the SKU master list, pricing and costing, and monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the supply chain, and managing product allocation and timely delivery.
Analysing sales performance, market trends, and competitive pricing to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and ultimately enhance the shopping experience.
Supporting and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective execution of promotions and consistent brand presentation in stores.
Contributing to the development and execution of merchandising strategies and seasonal plans to maximize sales and profitability.
