Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned personal sales targets for mortgage loans.
- Attain and maintain a minimumMRTA penetration rate of 80%through proactive cross-selling and customer engagement.
2. Sales Productivity & Business Development
- Deliver a minimum monthly sales productivity ofRM2.5 millionin mortgage loans.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, includingdevelopers, lawyers, valuers, and real estate agents, to drive continuous business opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, external regulatory requirements, and credit and service standards.
- Exercise due diligence in allKnow Your Customer (KYC)andAnti-Money Laundering (AML)processes, including account openings, verification of documents, and reporting of suspicious transactions.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure all customer income documents are properly verified and original-sighted.
- Conduct thorough face-to-face interviews with customers to ensure authenticity and understanding of loan requirements.
