About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jibungae KBBQ restaurant in Kuantan, Pahang. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the business towards its strategic goals. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience

Oversee inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting to maximise profitability

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Foster a positive work culture and provide training and development opportunities for the team

Continuously analyse and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Hands-on experience in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting

Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in using restaurant management software and technology
