What You’ll Be Managing

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO, and all safety requirements.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, machine performance and manpower productivity.
• Collaborate closely with all department teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot operational or machinery issues and provide effective technical solutions to reduce downtime.
• Support equipment selection, installation, testing, and commissioning for new lines or upgrades.
• Analyze production performance data to reduce costs, minimize waste and optimize processes.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to achieve high performance and discipline.
• Review and verify batch manufacturing records and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
• Present production reports, challenges, and improvement plans to the Directors.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment setup and maintenance processes.
• Familiar with GMP, ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
• Skilled in production planning tools and data‑driven analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
