What You’ll Be Managing
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day production operations to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO, and all safety requirements.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency, machine performance and manpower productivity.
- Collaborate closely with all department teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Troubleshoot operational or machinery issues and provide effective technical solutions to reduce downtime.
- Support equipment selection, installation, testing, and commissioning for new lines or upgrades.
- Analyze production performance data to reduce costs, minimize waste and optimize processes.
- Supervise, coach, and develop production staff to achieve high performance and discipline.
- Review and verify batch manufacturing records and ensure proper documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
- Present production reports, challenges, and improvement plans to the Directors.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment setup and maintenance processes.
- Familiar with GMP, ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
- Skilled in production planning tools and data‑driven analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented in managing operations.
