Manage all property development submissions, including Development Orders, Building Plans, and land-related matters, with local councils, government agencies, and utility providers.

Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with key government and regulatory bodies.

Stay informed on relevant Malaysian laws (e.g., HDA, Strata Management Act), policies, and guidelines, and advise internal teams on compliance matters.

Proactively track approval timelines, follow up on submissions, and resolve any authority-related issues to prevent project delays.

Collaborate closely with project, technical, and legal teams to ensure all documentation and requirements are met.

Offer strategic regulatory advice to management and identify opportunities to streamline operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in property development, with a proven track record in obtaining government approvals.

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

In‑depth understanding of property development regulations and approval processes in Malaysia.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
