Your new role

The Chief Product Officer is responsible for shaping and executing the overall product strategy to align with business objectives and user needs. This includes leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance user experience, support service providers, and streamline internal operations. The role involves close collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. It also requires ongoing analysis of data, user feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and long-term growth.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you'll need to have:

• Proven experience in product or technology leadership, ideally within consumer-focused or platform-based startups.
• Track record in scaling digital products from early stages to wide adoption
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
