Role Summary:
The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials, equipment, and supplies required for project operations. They ensure materials are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are properly allocated to support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of project materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels align with project demands.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and logistics personnel to resolve material delays or shortages.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled according to safety and quality protocols.
• Generate and update reports on inventory, material usage, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material supply disruptions.
• Support the project team by ensuring all material requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in material coordination or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin as contractors and stakeholders are Chinese.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in the industry.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia for 1 year contract.
