The company's Malaysian site is based in Johor Bahru, with working locations subject to project needs.

Job Description

Cost Management & Analysis

• Develop and maintain standard cost models for products and services, ensuring accurate cost allocation and pricing support.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead), identifying variances and improvement opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance cost transparency and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead month-end closing activities related to inventory valuation, WIP analysis, and cost accruals.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and dashboards for management review and strategic planning.

Strategic Cost Optimization

• Conduct scenario analysis and cost-benefit evaluations for new business initiatives.
• Propose and implement data-driven cost-saving strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).

Requirements:
