Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their medical, nutrition or diet needs
• Provide basic health screenings and counsel clients on medication regimens to improve health conditions
• Screen prescriptions and dispense accurately, recommend suitable health supplements
• Assist in day‑to‑day operations including coverage for other pharmacists when required
• Assist in stock take, manage expired or shortage products, maintain inventory records and keep product wastage low according to company guidelines
• Receive stocks according to purchase order, store products following proper guidelines, ensure product availability while optimizing cost and storage capacity constraints
• Train and induct new co‑workers, provide constant coaching and support
• Communicate new product promotions accurately to customers
• Ensure pharmacy complies with government regulations, execute best pharmacy practice, keep prescription and poison book records up to date

Job Requirements

• Fully Registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (PBM)
• Possesses at least a degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, eligible to obtain license A
• Able to work on rotational shift including weekends and public holidays
