What You'll Be Doing

1. Ideate and create original, attention-grabbing content that aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
2. Be the face of the brand and appear in all of the content.
3. Develop a content strategy and calendar to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content.
4. Film, edit, and post content videos that showcase the company's products, services, and brand personality.
5. Monitor content analytics to measure the performance of content and make data-driven optimizations.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to maintain a fresh and engaging presence.

2. Proven experience as a content creator, with a strong understanding of TikTok and its unique audience and format.
3. Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
4. Excellent video editing skills, including filming, editing, and post-processing.
5. Creative flair and the ability to develop engaging, trend-driven content.
6. Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to improve content performance.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team.
8. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, creative, and effective content to enhance the company's online presence and brand visibility in all channels. This full-time role is based in Puchong, Selangor.
