This role leads end-to-end transition and transformation programs within a BPO environment, driving operational readiness, process improvement, and innovation. It requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.

Your main job duties will include;

  • Lead end-to-end transition activities from planning to service delivery, ensuring operational readiness and smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and manage transition plans encompassing people, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements during transition and transformation phases.
  • Design and execute transformation strategies to drive innovation, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Implement continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across business functions.
  • Manage large-scale transformation programs using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to support change management.
  • Act as a change leader, promoting adoption of new processes and systems with clarity and empathy.
Profile
  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in SSC or BPO work environment
  • Proven expertise managing transformation and transition projects.
  • Familiarity with the technology and telecoms industry.
