A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to assist in driver route planning, manage daily station tasks, and ensure compliance with quality policies. Candidates with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply, especially fresh graduates. This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Competenze
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No formal experience is required, but any prior experience is advantageous.
Mansioni
- Assist in planning the driver route.
- Receive & Return shipment.
- Sort shipments and maintain the Station's cleanliness.
- Comply with Quality Policies & Quality Objectives.
- Maintain documents required for operation.
Conoscenze
Formazione
- Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
- Assist Station Head in Stations’ daily routine task:
- Receive & Return shipment
- Sorting
- Van Inbound
- Latlong Parcel
- PETs Ticket creation
- Route Monitoring
- Route Inbound
- Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
- Comply to all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions to the Fleet Operations.
- Assist Station Head to ensure all documents required are properly kept and updated accordingly.
- Assist Station Head in maintaining the Station's infrastructure and cleanliness.
- Comply to Ninjavan Code of Conduct
- Comply to Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objective.
- Any other task instructed by superior
- Conforms to the Quality Management System, OH&S management system & GDPMD system requirements
- Take care of own and others' safety.
- Participate in QMS, OHS & GDPMD related programmes such as training, campaign, induction and others.
- Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No formal experience is required, though any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal/strong analytical problem-solving skill;
- Ability to drive change through the continual improvement process.
- Positive and passionate in conducting tasks.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly disciplined team player
