  • Coordinate job applications, track candidate progress, and maintain recruitment data
  • Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendation
  • Support offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote FIND Talents and client brands
  • Gain insights into various job functions, company cultures, and industry trends
