Job summary
A technology service company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a NOC Engineer to manage complex network components and ensure system reliability. The role requires monitoring the system 24/7, diagnosing issues, and managing alerts, alongside direct communication with clients and the IT department. This position involves shift work to cover all operational needs. Ideal candidates should have experience in network management and troubleshooting, along with strong problem-solving skills.

ViewQwest is looking to expand the NOC Engineering team to support our growing business. The NOC team ensures that our clients’ (both corporate and consumer businesses) requests are met in a timely and professional manner. As the system needs to be monitored on a 24/7 basis, shift work is required to support this operation.
This role oversees the complex network components and will be responsible in network management. An important function of this role is the Service Management such that the candidate would be required to monitor the system, recognize alerts, diagnose issues, track and send out notifications, and be able to do troubleshooting when the system malfunctions. This role will also have the opportunity to work with the IT department and our clients.
