Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Cloud Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key technical advisor for our enterprise customers, supporting our Pre‑Sales, Business Development, and Product teams. You will be instrumental in designing and evangelizing cloud solutions built on our cutting‑edge platforms, including OpenStack and VMware Cloud Foundation. This position offers the opportunity to work on large‑scale projects, influence product development, and solve complex technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with the pre‑sales team to understand customer requirements and design robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.
  • Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Develop and present technical proposals, solution designs, and statements of work for large and complex projects.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle.
  • Business Development Support:
    • Engage with potential customers to articulate the value proposition of TIME's cloud services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and decision‑makers.
    • Assist the business development team in identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
  • Provide technical insights and feedback to the product team on the development of new cloud products and services.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new features and functionalities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to our product roadmap.
  • Operational Assistance:
    • Provide high‑level technical support and guidance to the operations team during major service incidents or outages.
    • Assist in the root cause analysis of complex technical issues.
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures.
To be considered, you’ll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a technical role, such as a system administrator, network engineer, or technical support engineer, pre‑sales, solution architecture, or cloud consulting role.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Experience in Linux OS and Windows OS including AD, Replication, SQL, Web Applications, network topology and etc.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Ansible) is a plus.
