Join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in designing secure infrastructure, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and delivering Level 2 support to keep our technology running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 & Security: Administer O365 licenses, security, and compliance settings across Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Infrastructure Design & Projects: Lead and support IT projects, design secure and scalable infrastructure, and align solutions with business and IT strategies.
• System Maintenance & Support: Handle change requests, troubleshoot issues, monitor systems, and perform health checks on servers, VMware, storage, firewalls, and network devices.
• End-User Support (Level 2): Provide advanced technical assistance for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain UAT, Production, and DR environments; manage upgrades, patches, and security controls; support audits and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Documentation & Governance: Keep SOPs, policies, and IT documentation updated; recommend improvements for efficiency and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• CCNA Certification is an added advantage.
• 5–6 years of hands‑on technical experience in helpdesk support, administration, and maintenance of network & infrastructure systems.
• Ability to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
