Job description

We are seeking a proactive and multi-skilled IT Project & Network Support Coordinator to support our IT infrastructure and operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid IT support experience, a foundational understanding of networking, and strong vendor coordination skills. You will work closely with the Head of IT to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to IT projects and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for IT hardware, network connectivity, and VEEAM replication
• Assist with the setup and deployment of laptops, VPNs, and ZTNA solutions
• Monitor network health and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Support penetration testing, virtual machine upgrades, and security enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and infrastructure records
• Oversee IT equipment procurement and setup
• Manage user access credentials and onboarding processes
• Monitor software licenses, SSL certificates, and renewals
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory with proper tagging
• Coordinate with external vendors for services, escalations, and audits
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit requirements

Requirements:

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years in IT support, network coordination, or a related role
• Experience working with outsourced service providers is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
