Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Technical Skills: proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
- Experience with AI, digital signage, interactive technologies, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Understanding in AI tools and applications (e.g., machine learning concepts, AI-based automation, chatbots, GenAI- text, voice, image, multi).
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization tools.
- Soft Skills: strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications (preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AI-900 or other relevant certifications.
- Strong understanding of AI algorithms, neural networks, and data preprocessing techniques
- Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- System Deployment & Configuration:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including servers, network equipment, digital signage systems, and interactive technologies.
- Deploy and configure LED Display, interactive smartboard, digital signage and similar solutions for clients.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to resolve hardware, software, issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve system failures effectively.
- Network Management:
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Configure firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- AI Integration & Innovation
- Collaborate with the team to implement and enhance these solutions for internal operations and client needs.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize AI applications utilizing the latest GenAI technologies.
- Support integrating AI technologies such as chatbots, predictive maintenance, automation tools, and smart analytics.
- Install and configure software applications, ensuring proper system integration.
- Develop agent-based solutions and conversational AI systems, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Project Implementation:
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Document processes and provide training to clients for seamless adoption of solutions.
- Research & Development:
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or new tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure IT systems comply with company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all installations, configurations, and updates.
- Data Handling & Management:
- Collect, process, and manage data pipelines for AI/ML models, ensuring data quality and integrity.
