• Diagnose, maintain, and repair battery systems for a range of material handling equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on batteries to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and recommending appropriate battery care and usage.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, issues diagnosed, and parts replaced.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to develop best practices for battery management and servicing.
• Stay updated on advancements in battery technology and maintenance techniques.
• Assist with training customers on safe battery handling and charging procedures.

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with battery systems or in a service technician role preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of batteries, chargers, and electrical systems.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
