A reputable manufacturing company located in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an ERP Analyst/Senior Analyst. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring smooth operation of ERP systems. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and possess strong SQL skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The position offers a salary range of RM4,500 to RM6,000.

Qualifications

About the job ERP Analyst/Senior Analyst
About the Company

Our client is a reputable manufacturer of precision components and modules in high‑mix low‑volume, with specialization in very complex machining, high surface finishing and product cleanliness. They are an established supplier for many major global players in the Optical, Semiconductor, Diagnostics, Medical, and Life Science industries.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring thesmooth operation of ERP systems across multiple platforms. In general, therole provides support in reporting and analytical information to operation andmanagement team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide first‑level technical & functional support for ERP system users,
    including diagnosis and troubleshooting of operation process issues.
  • Manage and resolve ERP issues raises by internal users ensuring
    responses are provided promptly.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance of company‑wide ERP system
    including software updates, patches, and backup operations as
    scheduled.
  • Coordinate with users and vendors to understand technical
    requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Implement change requests for improvements of our systems by
    implementing Robot Process Automation using MicrosoftPower Automate.
  • Implement and improve reporting by utilizing Microsoft Power BI.
  • Provide system training for users to ensure they can effectively use ERP
    systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL is a must. Experience in ERP systems in a
    manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform specifically Power BI (Desktop), Power Automate and Power Apps will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment using ERP
  • Problem solver, analytical mindset, driven, assertive, able to function
    under minimal supervision and with keen interest in new technology
REMUNERATION

RM4,500 to RM6,000
