Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment. The role requires a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Malay and English. The ideal candidate will engage in machine setup and training production operators, with opportunities for growth into managerial positions. A competitive salary ranging from RM 5,000 to 8,000 is offered.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
  • Relevant industrial maintenance experience may substitute for a Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and carry out repairs.
  • Support machine setup and improvements to meet production targets.
  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory.
  • Train production operators on machine operation and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with ESH and company regulations.
