A manufacturing company in Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to assist in developing sales plans, maintaining customer relationships, and managing sales contracts. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree, experience in sales within the aluminum industry, and strong negotiation skills. The role requires bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with clients. Willingness to travel throughout Malaysia is essential.
Assist the department manager in formulating feasible annual sales plans, monthly sales targets, and customer development plans in accordance with overall sales task requirements, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.
Maintain existing customer relationships, identify and explore client needs to strengthen business cooperation; actively develop new target customers.
Be responsible for the signing, execution, and management of sales contracts, and ensure the fulfillment of sales and payment collection targets at each stage for clients.
Regularly update the status of developed cooperative clients on a monthly basis, including order status, financial situation, and any litigation matters.
At the end of each month, prepare a detailed work plan, customer development strategy, and sales targets for the following month based on the company’s overall sales goals, breaking them down into weekly segments. Submit daily work plans and summaries to the department manager in a daily basis. Provide written weekly and monthly plans and summaries.
Actively gather market information relevant to the company, organize useful insights, and promptly report them to the department manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
