The Senior Manager, Fulfilment Operations plays a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of HID Global’ s Malaysia Fulfilment Operations. This highly collaborative position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fulfilment across operational areas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering operational excellence. The role also serves as the key decision‑maker, with full accountability for end‑to‑end fulfilment activities from production and shipping to inventory and logistics.
The position will lead the Malaysia Fulfilment team, overseeing core functions such as Warehouse, Shipping, and Production. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional departments including Quality, Procurement, Trade Compliance, Engineering, and Production Control.
Performance and continuous improvement will be driven through a structured cadence of reviews, anchored in six key pillars: People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Order Fulfilment, and Cost.
