Job summary

A global technology firm is seeking a Lead Engineer in Test Manufacturing based in Kulim, Kedah. This role involves managing test equipment and ensuring robust product testing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. Strong skills in analog/digital circuits and test methods are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering.
• Capable of creating a test profile based on customer specifications.
• Ability to perform failure analysis at system level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transition of new products and processes from engineering to manufacturing.
• Manage test yield, uptime performance and capacity analysis for all test processes.
• Work closely with product engineering to define manufacturing requirements.

Skills

Familiar with test method

Experience in analog and digital circuit theory

Knowledge of basic test instruments

Ability to work independently
