Job summary
A legal firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to manage general conveyancing tasks, including sub sale SPA and loan documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a Law Degree and has 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and a good command of English and Mandarin are essential for this role. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from RM 3,500 to RM 7,000.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations.
- Possess good and positive attitude.
- Able to manage time well and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA.
- Review legal documents and prepare status reports.
- Engage with clients for signing and follow up on cases.

Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.
- To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion
- Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.
- Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate
- 2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Possess good and positive attitude
- Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Manage time well and able to meet deadline
- Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage
