A legal firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to manage general conveyancing tasks, including sub sale SPA and loan documentation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA.
• Review legal documents and prepare status reports.
• Engage with clients for signing and follow up on cases.

Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion
• Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate
• 2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Possess good and positive attitude
• Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented
• Able to work independently and also as a team
• Manage time well and able to meet deadline
• Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
• Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage
