Job summary
A leading online English language academy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking passionate English Language Course Counsellors for full-time positions. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of online teaching experience, particularly with adults, and a strong command of English. Responsibilities include conducting interactive online classes, preparing lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and be familiar with online platforms like Zoom. Availability on weekends is required.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of online teaching experience, preferably with adults.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online English classes for adult learners.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans in line with methodology.
- Encourage student participation in a practical learning environment.
