• Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry.
• Generate leads and build strong customer relationships to drive product interest.
• Conduct incisive market and competitive research to support strategic planning.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent key account management.
• Provide on‑site clinical application support and product knowledge transfer to OR specialists.
• Continuously improve product and clinical knowledge while developing soft skills to understand customer needs and gain acceptance.
• Confidently conduct clinical and product presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Develop short and long‑term territory strategies to grow market share.
• Work comfortably in hospital environments and collaborate with medical teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Biotechnology, Science and Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Medical Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product specialist, medical sales, or clinical support roles.
• Experience as an OT scrub nurse or scrub technician is highly preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
• Mandarin or a local dialect is an added advantage.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Comfortable working in hospital environments.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and planning skills.
• Confidence in conducting sales and clinical presentations.
• A driven individual with a proactive mindset.
• A team player with strong professional ethics and a great sense of responsibility.
