GVR Property Management And Services – Gombak, Selangor

Join the GVR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & SERVICES' team as an Accountant in our Batu Caves, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to support our growing property management business.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial projections
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
  • Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role, preferably within the property management industry
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
