We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our warehouse and logistics. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing stock, accurate inventory handling, and timely delivery coordination.

Job Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, put-away, and picking.
- Ensure accurate stock handling, safe storage, and organized workspace.
- Maintain clear warehouse SOPs and ensure team adherence.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Oversee delivery scheduling with drivers and external couriers.
- Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods per company policies.
- Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate and supervise daily order processing.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time with high accuracy.
- Work closely with e-commerce, retail, and office teams on fulfilment requirements.
- Stock Management
- Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly/quarterly stock takes.
- Identify stock discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight low‑stock or slow‑moving items.
- Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, guide, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Plan manpower allocation and monitor daily performance.
- Train team members on processes, equipment handling, and safety.
- Equipment & Safety
- Monitor warehouse equipment condition and highlight servicing needs.
- Ensure the warehouse operates in a safe and compliant manner.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Experience with order fulfilment for online/retail orders is an advantage.
- Able to use systems such as POS, WMS, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently with high responsibility.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.
- Possess a valid GDL licence (Goods Driver’s Licence) for delivery or transport when required.
